Vodafone Portugal Offers Customer Support in Sign Language
Vodafone Portugal has launched Customer Service in Portuguese Sign Language (LGP) for deaf and hearing impaired people, becoming the first Portuguese company to provide a call centre specifically dedicated to this community.
The Support Service for Vodafone customers with LGP, created in order to address the specific difficulties in communicating with clients suffering from hearing problems, is available through a free video call to the number 12717 on weekdays between 09:00 and 20.00. To implement this support line, Vodafone has created a team of call centre workers fluent in LGP.
